Moroccan Lamb Tagine With Dates

Ingredients

  1. Organic Pitted Dates
  2. Lamb
  3. Onions
  4. Garlic
  5. Ginger
  6. Cinnamon
  7. Cumin
  8. Coriander
  9. Saffron
  10. Chicken Broth
  11. Olive Oil

Directions

  1. Brown lamb in olive oil then remove from the pan
  2. Saute onions, garlic and ginger until softened.
  3. Add spices, dates and lamb back to the pan.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and simmer for 1.5 – 2 hours until the lamb is tender.
  5. Serve with couscous or rice.
