Ingredients

  1. Organic Pitted Dates
  2. Banana
  3. Almond Milk
  4. Yogurt
  5. Honey

Directions

  1. Blend dates, banana, almond milk, yogurt and honey until smooth.
  2. Add ice cubes if desired for more thickness and volume if desired and blend again.
